The Weight Loss Workshop is built on three main elements:
1. The lessons: Video lessons are shared every week for the duration of the workshop.
2. The prompts: These are thought-provoking questions that challenge your existing habits and thoughts about food. These prompts are an opportunity to practice each lesson and better your understanding by reflecting and sharing your answers with your global GUTXY peers.
3. The conversations: The heart of this workshop comes from connecting with your GUTXY peers through our online community. You get the most by supporting each other on your journeys. You can expect regular feedback. And remember: the more you contribute, the more you’ll grow.
We also have regular live calls. Completely optional, these are offered at different times so you can join regardless of where you are in the world.

The duration of Microbiome-Friendly Weight Loss is 1.5 months.
You should expect to spend at least 30 minutes a day on the workshop. Your time will be spent diving into different prompts per week, posting your dailies, giving/receiving feedback, and engaging with your global peers.
