Our Technology

Your sample is processed in our lab using next-generation sequencing technology, which allows us to break it apart, extract its DNA, and identify your microbes in a way never before possible. By using 16 and 18S marker genes, we are able to give you an inside look into your microbiome and the vast collection of bacteria, fungi, and parasites living there, down to the species level.

The process is as follows:

RESET+ is for those that want accountability and support as they change their diet. 

RESET+ includes a dietary plan and intervention. Snapshot doesn’t. 

RESET+ tests two samples, before and after making recommended dietary changes. Snapshot is a single test.

The microbes tested – and panel shared – are the same. 

Your report will provide a comprehensive overview of your microbiome. This will include microbes that are categorised based on their main role, including:

  • Gut Boosters – microbes that can help boost your energy and support your immune system, metabolism, and mental health
  • Chronic Culprits – microbes linked to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), including Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
  • Gut Guards – microbes that can be protective against IBD
