Personalised dietary programme based on your microbiome

RESET+ is our personalised dietary intervention programme, designed to improve your digestion and gut health.

Here’s how it works:

1. After receiving your kit, you collect your first stool sample and send it to us for analysis
2. Based on your initial results, you receive your first report, detailing your personalised dietary plan and your initial gut status
3. You follow your personalised dietary intervention programme for up to six weeks
4. At the end of the programme, you collect your second stool sample and send it to us for analysis
5. You receive your final report, with an overview of how your microbiome changed during the programme, how your levels are now, and what you can do moving forward

Snapshot is our one-time test, which includes one wellness report, while RESET+ is our dietary intervention programme that includes two tests and two reports, so you can track your progress and compare your results before and after your personalised diet.

RESET+ is for health-conscious individuals who are willing to put in the work and commit to living a healthier, more fulfilling life, by fine-tuning what they do on a daily basis.

It is not a programme for anyone looking for a quick fix, or a magic pill, or for people who don’t want to put in the hard work of changing their habits.

Generally, our RESET+ clients tend to fall into three groups:

• Health-conscious people looking for personalised dietary support
• People who suffer from IBS or IBD, or specific digestive issues like bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea
• People fascinated by the microbiome who want to know more and track their own gut health progress

As part of the RESET+ programme, you will receive two reports, parts I and II. These will give you the levels for microbes found it your gut before and after your dietary intervention.

The microbes are categorised according to their primary roles. You will learn your levels of:

• Gut Boosters – microbes that can help boost your energy and support your immune system, metabolism, and mental health
• Chronic Culprits – microbes linked to Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), including Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis
• Gut Guards – microbes that can be protective against IBD
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome – microbes that are linked to this group of symptoms, including bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea
• Fat Burners – microbes that can aid weight loss
• Anti-Inflammatory Aids – microbes that help fight pathogens and keep your immunity in check
• Probiotics – species of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria that are bona fide celebs in the good gut space, owing to how beneficial they can be for your body
• Other Microbes – such as Candida and parasites

In your first report, you find your initial microbial levels, as well as a personalised nutritional plan based on your results. This will include:

• Key points on how to improve your levels of important microbes, based on your goals
• Your RESET+ dietary plan, covering foods to enjoy, limit, and eliminate during the programme
• A sample meal plan to give you an idea of what a day of eating could look like

In your final report, you will see how your microbiome has changed after the programme. This will include:

• Before-and-after progress report, with feedback on how your dietary changes have affected your levels
• Insights on which microbes still need to be improved
• Suggestions for how to improve your diet and lifestyle after the intervention

In both reports, your results are scored on two metrics: a wellness indicator, to indicate your overall wellness level for each section, and a status key, to indicate whether your levels are within the healthy reference ranges or not.

Once the lab has processed your sample it takes 1-2 weeks to finalise your report and RESET+ dietary plan. 

Of course, the total time depends on how long shipping takes and for you to return your sample to us.
