How Much Protein is in Peanut Butter?

Peanut butter is a good source of protein containing approximately 22 grams of protein per 100 grams.1

A serving of peanut butter – around 2 tablespoons (28 grams) – contains approximately 6 grams of protein on average. The protein content may vary depending on the brand and type of peanut butter. Peanut butter is rich in healthy fats, and is also a good source of various vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin E, magnesium or potassium.
